Available with Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, the PT104-SC can be integrated into existing telephone networks, modern IP communications systems or mobile network environments. This flexibility allows the telephone to be deployed across a wide range of installations, from traditional telephony systems to remote sites with no fixed communications infrastructure.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium and protected by an IP66-rated weatherproof enclosure, the PT104-SC is designed to perform reliably in exposed outdoor and industrial environments. Its vandal-resistant and open-access weatherproof design allow users to place calls immediately without opening doors or protective covers.

The PT104-SC is available in Yellow, Blue, Red and Grey finishes, enabling organisations to select a colour that complements site safety requirements, visibility considerations or corporate standards.

Operation is intentionally simple. Users press the single vandal-resistant stainless-steel call button to automatically dial a programmed destination such as a control room, security office, maintenance team, customer service centre or emergency contact.

The straightforward push-to-call design eliminates complicated user interaction and helps ensure rapid access to support whenever required.

Handsfree Voice Communication

The PT104-SC provides high quality handsfree two way auddio, allowing natural two-way conversations without the need for a handset.

By removing the handset, overall reliability is improved and maintenance requirements are reduced, making the telephone particularly suitable for high-usage industrial and public environments.

Connectivity Options

Analogue Version

The analogue model is designed for direct connection to conventional analogue telephone lines, including PSTN and analogue PABX systems.

Powered directly from the telephone line, it provides a dependable communications solution for facilities operating traditional telephony infrastructure. Features include push-to-call autodialling, incoming call support and local or remote programming capabilities.

SIP Version

The SIP version connects to VoIP networks, IP-PBX platforms and SIP telephone systems via standard Ethernet connections.

Supporting SIP 2.0 protocols, dual SIP server registration, PoE power and browser-based configuration, the SIP model provides a scalable solution for modern communications environments.

Additional functionality includes VLAN support, DHCP, PPPoE, STUN, advanced voice codecs and echo cancellation technology.

GSM / 4G Version

The GSM / 4G model operates over mobile communication networks using a Micro SIM card.

Ideal for remote sites and locations without access to fixed telephone lines or IP infrastructure, this version supports SMS configuration, remote status reporting and deployment via GSM and 4G LTE networks.
