PT104-4B 4 Button Push-to-Call Outdoor Phone

The Project Telecom PT104-4B is a robust outdoor push-to-call phone designed for dependable communications in industrial, commercial and public-access environments. Combining four programmable call buttons with an open-front IP66-rated weatherproof enclosure, vandal-resistant construction and a choice of Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, it provides a reliable communication point for locations where standard telephones are unsuitable.

Designed for factories, warehouses, transport infrastructure, utility sites, rail facilities, ports, marine installations, tunnels, construction projects, car parks and public help points, the PT104-4B allows users to contact one of four pre-programmed destinations at the touch of a button. The four-button layout provides dedicated access to services such as security, maintenance, reception, customer assistance, control rooms and emergency support.

Its corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium housing and open-access weatherproof design protect against dust, moisture and harsh weather while allowing immediate operation without opening a protective door. The telephone is available in Yellow, Blue, Red and Grey to suit a wide range of installation environments.

Rugged Construction

Built for demanding applications, the PT104-4B features a heavy-duty die-cast aluminium enclosure with a durable epoxy powder-coated finish. The vandal-resistant design, together with tamper-resistant fixings, provides excellent protection against corrosion, impact and environmental exposure, making it ideal for exposed industrial and public locations requiring dependable communications.

Four Push-to-Call Buttons

Four stainless-steel vandal-resistant buttons can each be programmed with a different contact, allowing users to place calls instantly without manual dialling. This flexible configuration enables direct access to multiple departments or services from a single communication point, making it well suited to transport facilities, industrial sites and public assistance locations.

Choice of Connectivity

The PT104-4B is available in three versions to suit different communication infrastructures:

Analogue Version

The analogue version connect directly to PSTN and analogue PABX systems, offering push-to-call autodial, incoming call capability, DTMF remote programming, an internal programming keypad and integrated lightning protection.

SIP Version

The SIP version support SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) for integration with SIP PBX systems, hosted VoIP services and IP telephone networks. Features include dual SIP registration, Power over Ethernet (PoE), browser-based programming and full duplex audio.

GSM / 4G Version

The GSM / 4G version operate over mobile networks using a Micro SIM card, providing a practical solution for remote or temporary locations where fixed telephone lines are unavailable. SMS programming and remote status reporting simplify installation and ongoing management.

Handsfree Voice Communication

The PT104-4B delivers clear, high quality two way audio, enabling natural two-way conversations without a handset. This design improves reliability, reduces wear and helps minimise maintenance in busy industrial and public environments.

Open-Front IP66 Weatherproof Design

The open-front enclosure provides immediate access to all four call buttons while maintaining IP66-rated protection against dust and water ingress. Its sealed, corrosion-resistant construction is designed for reliable year-round operation in harsh outdoor, transport and industrial environments.

Accessibility & Reliability

An optional inductive coupler is available for hearing aid compatibility, improving accessibility while retaining straightforward handsfree operation.

For dependable long-term performance, the PT104-4B incorporates non-volatile memory that preserves programmed settings during power interruptions, reducing maintenance and allowing the telephone to return to normal operation without reprogramming.
