Combining dual push-to-call functionality with an open access weatherproof design, IP66-rated protection, vandal-resistant construction and a choice of Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, the PT104-2B provides dependable communications wherever standard telephones are not suitable.

Ideal for factories, warehouses, utility sites, transport infrastructure, rail networks, ports, tunnels, marine facilities, construction projects, car parks and public assistance locations, the telephone allows users to contact one of two independently programmed destinations by pressing a single button. The dual-button layout enables separate contacts to be assigned for security personnel, maintenance departments, customer assistance teams, control rooms or emergency support.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium, the PT104-2B features an open access weatherproof design that protects the internal components from dust, moisture and harsh weather while allowing the call buttons to be operated immediately without opening a protective front door.

Available in Yellow, Blue, Red and Grey, the PT104-2B can be selected to complement site safety schemes, visibility requirements and installation preferences.

Dual Push-to-Call Functionality

The PT104-2B is designed for simple operation using two vandal-resistant stainless-steel push buttons. Each button can be independently programmed to automatically call a different destination, eliminating the need for users to manually dial telephone numbers.

Compared with single-button telephones, the dual-button configuration provides increased flexibility by allowing multiple departments or services to be accessed from a single communications point.

Typical applications include - Security and Information, Control Room and Maintenance, Customer Assistance and Technical Support and Emergency Assistance and Site Management.

Flexible Connectivity Options

The PT104-2B range is available with Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, making it suitable for both traditional and modern communications infrastructures.

Analogue Version

The analogue model connects directly to PSTN telephone lines and analogue PABX systems. Powered directly from the telephone line, it provides a simple and reliable solution for installations using conventional telephony infrastructure.

SIP Version

The SIP version supports SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) and integrates with SIP PBX systems, hosted VoIP services and enterprise IP telephone networks. Features including dual SIP registration, Power over Ethernet (PoE) and browser-based configuration allow straightforward deployment across modern IP communications systems.

GSM / 4G Version

The GSM / 4G version operates using a Micro SIM card over GSM and 4G mobile networks, making it ideal where telephone lines or Ethernet infrastructure are unavailable. Remote SMS programming and status reporting simplify installation, monitoring and ongoing maintenance.

Handsfree Communication

The PT104-2B provides clear, natural handsfree two-way voice communication without requiring a handset.

Open Access Weatherproof Design
