PT102-4B 4 Button Push-to-Call Outdoor Phone

The Project Telecom PT102-4B is a robust push-to-call phone designed for dependable communications in industrial, outdoor and public-access environments. Featuring four programmable call buttons, an IP66-rated weatherproof enclosure with a protective front door, vandal-resistant construction and a choice of Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, it provides a reliable communications solution where conventional telephones are unsuitable.

Ideal for factories, warehouses, transport infrastructure, utility sites, ports, rail networks, marine facilities, tunnels, construction projects, car parks and public help points, the PT102-4B allows users to contact one of four independently programmed destinations with a single button press. The four-button design offers direct access to services such as security, maintenance, customer assistance, control rooms, technical support or emergency response.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium, the telephone is built to withstand demanding conditions. A weatherproof front door helps protect internal components against dust, moisture and adverse weather, while colour options including Yellow, Blue, Red and Grey allow the unit to suit different installation environments and site safety requirements.

Rugged Construction

Engineered for continuous use in harsh locations, the PT102-4B features a heavy-duty die-cast aluminium enclosure with a durable epoxy powder-coated finish. Its vandal-resistant design, combined with tamper-resistant fixings, provides excellent protection against impact, corrosion and environmental exposure, making it suitable for industrial facilities, transport networks, utilities and other exposed installations.

Four Push-to-Call Buttons

Four stainless-steel vandal-resistant buttons provide instant access to individually programmed contacts without the need for manual dialling. The four-button configuration enables multiple departments or services to be reached from a single communications point, making it ideal for applications requiring quick access to security, customer services, maintenance, operations, technical support or emergency assistance.

Choice of Connectivity

The PT102-4B is available with three connectivity options to suit different communications infrastructures.

Analogue Version

The analogue version connects directly to analogue telephone lines or PABX systems and are powered from the telephone line for straightforward installation.

SIP Version

The SIP version supports SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) and integrate with SIP PBX systems, hosted VoIP platforms and IP telephone networks. Features include dual SIP registration, Power over Ethernet (PoE) and browser-based configuration.

GSM / 4G Version

The GSM / 4G models operate over mobile networks using a Micro SIM card, making them ideal for remote or temporary locations where fixed telephone lines are unavailable. SMS programming and remote status monitoring simplify installation and ongoing maintenance.

Handsfree Communication

The PT102-4B provides clear, full duplex handsfree voice communication, allowing natural conversations without a handset. The handsfree design helps reduce maintenance while improving reliability in busy industrial and public-access environments.

IP66 Weatherproof Protection

A fully sealed enclosure with a protective front door provides IP66-rated protection against dust and water ingress for dependable year-round outdoor operation.

Accessibility & Reliability

An optional inductive coupler is available for hearing aid compatibility, improving accessibility while maintaining simple handsfree operation.

To ensure dependable long-term performance, the PT102-4B incorporates non-volatile memory that retains programmed settings during power interruptions, allowing the telephone to resume normal operation without reconfiguration.
