Designed for warehouses, manufacturing plants, utility facilities, transport infrastructure, rail networks, ports, tunnels, construction sites, car parks and public assistance points, the telephone enables users to contact one of two pre-programmed destinations with a single button press. The dual-button arrangement allows organisations to assign separate contacts for security, maintenance teams, customer support, control rooms or emergency assistance.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium and protected by a weather-sealed front door, the PT102-2B is built to withstand dust, moisture and harsh weather conditions. The telephone is available in Yellow, Blue, Red and Grey finishes, allowing it to meet site visibility requirements, colour coding schemes and installation preferences.

Dual Push-to-Call Functionality

Simple operation is provided by two vandal-resistant stainless-steel push buttons. Each button can be independently programmed to call a separate destination automatically, allowing users to make contact without dialling telephone numbers.

Compared with single-button telephones, the dual-button design offers greater flexibility by providing direct access to multiple departments or services from one communication point. Typical applications include Security and Information, Maintenance and Control Rooms, Customer Assistance and Technical Support, or Emergency Services and Site Management.

This makes the PT102-2B particularly suitable for industrial communications, transport facilities, public help points and locations where users require more than one contact option.

Multiple Connectivity Options

To suit different communication systems, the PT102-2B is available in Analogue, SIP and GSM / 4G versions.

Analogue Version

The analogue model connects directly to conventional telephone lines or analogue PABX systems. As it is powered from the telephone line itself, installation is simple for sites using traditional telephony infrastructure.

SIP Version

The SIP version supports SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) and is compatible with SIP PBX systems, hosted VoIP platforms and enterprise IP telephone networks. Features such as dual SIP server registration, Power over Ethernet (PoE) and browser-based configuration provide flexible deployment across modern IP communication systems.

GSM / 4G Version

The GSM / 4G model operates over mobile networks using a Micro SIM card, making it ideal for locations where fixed telephone lines or network cabling are unavailable. SMS-based remote programming and remote status monitoring help simplify installation, maintenance and system management.

Handsfree Communication

The PT102-2B is designed for convenient handsfree use, providing clear two-way voice communication that allows natural conversations without requiring a handset.

Removing the handset improves reliability while reducing wear and maintenance, making the telephone particularly well suited to busy industrial facilities, transport environments and public-access installations.

IP66 Weatherproof Protection

The telephone is protected by a fully weatherproof enclosure incorporating a weather-sealed front door that helps achieve IP66-rated protection against dust, rain and water ingress. For more demanding applications, an IP67 version is available upon request.

Designed for permanent outdoor installation, the enclosure safeguards internal components from harsh environmental conditions while ensuring reliable operation throughout the year.

Accessibility & User Safety

An optional inductive coupler can be supplied for installations requiring hearing aid compatibility. This optional accessory improves accessibility for hearing aid users while maintaining the telephone's straightforward handsfree operation.
