About the Headset Training Bundle

This Training Bundle includes two Project Telecom Entry Level Noise Cancelling Headsets.

You can choose between Binaural, were the Headsets have two earpieces, or Monaural were the Headsets only have one earpiece - or a mixure of one of each style of Headset - Monaural and Binaural.

The Monaural Headset may be preferable to the Trainer (Manager) so that they can hear sounds around them, whilst the Binaural Headset is ideal for the Trainee so that they can focus fully on the call.

The bundle contains the splitter cable and connection cable that is compatible with your device so that you can be up and running within minutes.

Our Headsets feature a Quick Disconnect connection, which gives the ability to interchange the connection lead part of the Headset so that it can be made to work with almost any device with an input port, we can swap out any type of cable to fit any device. Whether you're operating on Deskphone, PC, Mac, or even some Mobile Phones (with USB-C) Project Telecom Headsets will work.

Freedom

The Quick Disconnect part of the Headset also allows you to leave your desk whilst wearing the Headset. The QD (Quick Disconnect) feature enables you to unclip the Headset from the bottom cord that connects you to your device, leaving you free to roam the office if needed to consult with colleagues, whilst your caller is effectively put on hold.
