Replacing Ear Cushions on a Headset should be done on a regular basis - this helps prolong the life of the Headset and keeps it hygienic, especially if the Headset is used by different employees or passed on to new employees.
Even if the Ear Cushions look clean, they become compressed with age and this alters the effective Acoustic Space.
It is recommended that Ear Cushions are replaced every three months.
